Manage the information once. Publish it wherever it belongs.
Store services, team, locations, articles, Case Studies, FAQs, policies and company facts in Kroy. Your website, client portal, API and AI-facing endpoints each receive the approved public projection.
A headless CMS — not a website builder
Kroy controls the data. Your frontend — built with Next.js, Astro or anything else, hosted wherever you like — renders it. Kroy provides structured content, schemas, permissions, drafts, versions, approvals, API, MCP, webhooks and audit. It does not provide page templates, and it does not want to.
AI-operated content, with a person in charge
- Ask Claude to draft an article. It creates a Draft Artifact in Kroy.
- A person reviews it.
- Claude requests publication.
- Kroy checks the user’s authority, the agent’s authority, the content status, the publication policy and any approval requirement.
- Kroy publishes. A deployment hook rebuilds the website.
- Kroy records the publication.
Visibility levels
Information can be Private, Internal, Shared, Client, Partner, Agent-accessible or Public. Publish exposes each audience’s projection through the right Channel.
